seta 11-VI
In larvae, the seta with setae 10, 12 and 13 on abdominal segment VI comprising a transverse median or somewhat posterior group of ventral setae; usually shorter than seta 10; its relationship with seta 10 regarding appearance and relative position closely approximates that found on the pupa; stellate in some sabethines (see seta 11-I-VII). In pupae, a ventroposterior seta associated with seta 10 in a position mesal to setal group 7-8 on abdominal segment VI; usually shorter than seta 10; occurring in any relationship to 10 except immediately posterior (see seta 11-II-VII).
